Now, basically, what Glauereen wants is for Heizen to grow a bed of evolution-sensitive life on her machines, the black obelisks one from Iokath (OOC); the function of those whill be to "detonate", using life as a vector and induce the Truth onto several millions people against their will. She won't trigger them, but will use them to keep BoR and vast places (possibly Alderaan) in check. The caveat of course being that Heizen secretly plants a weakness in the obelisks during their making.
Be it in the fact that life can be manipulated, especially if intelligent, through diplomacy. Be it that he actively puts a vent on the obelisks that just an X Wing piloted by a desert boy can pop. Shrugs. We can decide that later.
Indeedy. The Truth, whatever it is (I won't OOCly tell you and it probably will never be revealed IC), is something that needs to be actively induced in people's mind and, excluding long mind-washing techniques, the Force is the best tool.
Now, why would people be not happy with the Truth being forced on masses ? Because it was made clear on the The Once and Future King ship that the Truth tends to induce suicide in the vast majority of those who see it. Madness in others (Glauereen).
